Child-resistant packaging
Rule: liquids with more than 5% methyl salicylate (e.g. wintergreen) and cosmetics with 10% or more low-viscosity hydrocarbons (16 CFR 1700.14). We check each formula and recommend CR closures where needed.
Claims
Rule: the FDA treats "relieve stress", "help sleep" and "ease pain" as drug claims. We review label and marketing copy.
Skin use
Rule: IFRA limits by product category. We set the dilution for roll-ons and skin products.
Shipping
Rule: many essential oils are flammable liquids for transport. Your SDS includes transport information and we ship as dangerous goods.
Purity wording
Rule: "therapeutic grade" has no regulatory definition. We help you use verifiable facts — botanical name, origin, test data.
