Safety &
Compliance
Acrylates such as HEMA are skin sensitizers. Instructions should say: thin coats, keep gel off skin, cure fully, and stop use if irritation appears.
TPO is banned in EU cosmetics from 1 September 2025, and HEMA-containing nail products in the EU are labeled for professional use. Tell us if you sell there.
LED lamps are electrical products: plan for FCC (US) or CE (EU) and the plug or USB standard of each market.
Each gel needs a compliant cosmetic label and ingredient list; the box needs your business name and place of business.
