Three technologies you cannot get anywhere else from an FDA-registered manufacturer: TouchScreen+ conductive (tested on Tesla, iPhone, iPad), Thermochromic color-change, and Glow-in-Dark photoluminescent. Private label from MOQ 100.
TouchScreen+ $10.50/bottle: PEDOT:PSS conductive polymer, Tesla/iPhone tested, enables touchscreen use through any nail. Thermochromic $8.75: 28-32°C color change, 2-3 transitions, 1,000+ cycles. Glow-in-Dark $7.99: SrAl₂O₄ phosphors, 4-6hr glow, non-radioactive. All MOQ 100. LFL is the world's only FDA-registered commercial producer of TouchScreen+ nail polish. FDA FEI 3031525994. The world's first commercially produced conductive nail polish. PEDOT:PSS nano-conductive polymer creates a continuous electrical pathway through any nail coating. Enables capacitive touchscreen detection through your nail regardless of length. Tesla gear shift, iPhone, iPad, Samsung — all tested.
Temperature-sensitive nail polish using microencapsulated leuco dye pigments. Changes color at 28–32°C — perfect for body heat activation. Custom temperature ranges (5–45°C) available for geographic or seasonal targeting. 30 colors across 6 themed collections.
Non-radioactive strontium aluminate phosphors (SrAl₂O₄:Eu,Dy) produce 4–6 hours of bright glow after just 10–15 minutes of charge from any light source. 10× brighter than legacy zinc sulfide formulas. Particle size <45μm for FDA cosmetic safety compliance. Available: green, blue, purple, pink.
Remove all existing polish with acetone remover. Clean nails with isopropyl alcohol (70%+) to remove any oils or residue. Dry completely. Oil contamination between the conductive layer and the nail surface is the most common cause of reduced conductivity. Shorter nails (under 2cm) achieve optimal electrical conductivity — tested up to 2cm length.
Apply a single thin, even coat of TouchScreen+ as a base coat. Thin coats are more conductive than thick coats — the PEDOT:PSS polymer matrix functions best when applied in a thin uniform layer. Allow full drying (5 minutes minimum). Apply your desired color nail polish on top of the dried TouchScreen+ base coat.
Alternatively, apply your color first, then TouchScreen+ as the final top coat. Both methods work equally well. Top coat application has the benefit of sealing and protecting the color underneath. Allow full dry time (5 minutes) before testing on any screen.
Test on your capacitive device — phone, Tesla screen, tablet. If not working: confirm the conductive layer is fully dry, ensure it was not applied too thick, and try the opposite application method (base coat vs top coat). Contact our technical team at (406) 479-0215 for application support.
Include TouchScreen+, Thermochromic, and Glow-in-Dark in your monthly 10-formula selection. Full SDS + INCI + formulation data cards included. Test before committing to MOQ 100 production.
